TUCSON, Ariz. - Ascending Node Technologies, developer of the Spaceline; a web-based mission planning and data management system, today announced it has joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN). The APN is a global community of AWS Partners that leverage programs, expertise, and resources to build, market and sell customer offerings.

Spaceline empowers interplanetary exploration mission teams to create 3D, interactive, visual representations of complex scientific data in a manageable, sharable format for all stages of mission operations. The web-based product allows for the rapid visualization of telemetry data derived from Navigation Ancillary Information Facility (NAIF) SPICE kernels and hypothetical scientific models for easy comparison, review, and feedback across the team. Spaceline also provides ground data system utilities capable of ingesting and analyzing millions of records in seconds.
In addition, Spaceline also generates simulated predicted instrument data, allowing mission designers to get an early start on calibration/validation pipelines. The Spaceline architecture allows updates to kernels to easily propagate, and helps users understand the impact of their upcoming observations. As an accessible, sharable science planning platform, Spaceline increases the accuracy of mission science modeling and supports observation planning.
